Veterans Benefits Approval Statement

The programs at Paul Mitchell The School Modesto are approved by the California State Approving Agency for Veterans Education (SAA) for eligible students to receive veterans’ education benefits. Students who enroll to receive these benefits are not only required to abide by the policies and rules of this school, but also by the rules and regulations of the Department of Veterans Affairs and the SAA. Students are also required to maintain all standards of conduct and satisfactory progress as stated in the official school listing.

Paul Mitchell The School Modesto does not and will not provide any commission, bonus, or other incentive payment based directly or indirectly on success in securing enrollment or financial aid to any persons or entities engaged in any student recruiting or admissions activities or in making decisions regarding the award of student financial aid.

Compliance with VA’s 85/15 Rule

Schools should limit student enrollment to 85% veteran enrollment per cohort. In the event that a veteran wishes to enroll in a program that has already reached the 85% cap, he or she may do that but will not be eligible for VA funding. Chapter 35 and 31 students may still enroll even if the 85% has been realized.
